I have returned to Bridge Heart with renewed excitement. I have decided to type it up backwards: starting with the Epilogue then going to the previous chapter and so on. And let me tell you, my dyslexic brain is loving this! It is allowing me to bring a fresh mind to the end of the story. I have often gotten very warn out by the midway point of my drafts. Now I am adding focus in a more relaxed state, no longer rushing to the end but building exactly what I want to appear in the story. I have wirtten this book so many times in the five years of writing it, I know it like the back of my hand. And it looked like it will be between 20 to 17 chapters long.

I am chosing to write fight scenes that are to the point and brutal. I am holding true to the idea that realistic fights only last 10 seconds in real life, so I have no need to add filler that doesn’t need to be there. After all as the name suggests: Bridge Heart is more about relationships, connections and emotions.

I am so excited to share what I have! It is almost ready for my beta readers. I will keep you posted.
